BEFORE  AND AFTER. . . . and still going
Stephanie M. started Curves Complete on January 2, 2013 for 6 months. As of June 28, 2013, 6 months later, she has lost 19.25 inches, 19.25lbs, 8.4%BFI or 18.98lbs of Body Fat. Stephanie is at her goal weight and we will be standing by her as we show her how she can maintain that goal with Curves Complete. Way to go, Stephanie, you look absolutely fabulous!!!!

Sue V. has been a member of Curves for 10 years. Sue decided to give Curves Complete a chance on January 8, 2013 for 6 months. As of June 28, 2013, she was at her 6 month anniversary and had lost 21.75 inches, 36.25lbs, 4.4%BFI or 25.76lbs of Body Fat. Sue is still working toward her goal but is loving the journey and we will be right here with her all the way!! You look amazing Sue!!!

Alison came to Curves on January 22, 2013, and joined under our Curves Complete program. Alison has now been with us for 6 months and has lost 38.75 inches, 47.25lbs, 12.6%BFI or 35.94lbs of Body Fat!! Alison has run one 3k this year and is now training to run her second. She is planning to start a new chapter in her life workout with her husband. We are so happy she gave us the chance to help her achieve her health and fitness goals!!! You are a strong and beautiful woman!!

Alana Cockrell joined Curves on January 6, 2011, and weighed 193lbs. She quite smoking February 6, 2011, after smoking for 33 years. She lost her first 20lbs and 20 inches doing just the Curves Circuit by November 2011. She started Curves Complete January 2012 and lost an additional 20lbs and 20 inches by the middle of March 2012. She has been at her goal weight since. She loved Curves so much that she convinced her husband to buy it and is now the owner.

Arlene LaFlamme started Curves Complete November 5, 2012. She reached her goal weight by March 2013. She has lost 40.25 Inches, 44.75lbs, 8%BFI or 34.13lbs of Body Fat. Arlene is presently in Phase 3 of Curves Complete to maintain her goal weight and feeling the best she has ever felt. We are here to help and encourage Arlene to stay on track!!! Go Arlene!!!!
